the flashdance: hey kimberly! if you are on a mac option click will pull up a dialog box... choose download to desktop. on a pc i think you just right click and save as but i haven't used one of those funny machines since the 90's! orrrrrrrrrrr you could subscribe to the rss feed using the link above this post and you just click and download...
