nina simone is the best thing that ever happened to modern music, and this track is just a drop in the bucket... i have over 40 of her records and i am still looking for a few... ever since i knew the difference between good and stunning the high priestess of soul has been my personal favorite artist, and this is one of my very favorite tracks she ever made.

this month's rad influence playlist was created by our friend justin lyon who wears a lot of hats! we got to know him through his wife (and one of our favorite photographers) amelia lyon, but he is also one of the creators of gracyn and elodie's favorite shows: yo gabba gabba!! but wait, there is more! once a year he and some of his buddies lose their minds and galavant around the nation in a tour bus and call themselves the mammoth men. anyway, we have enjoyed getting to know justin this year and his personal taste in music is sooooo much different than what you might be used to around here which is refreshing! download, listen, enjoy! tell a friend... next month paige & kevin from bash eco.events take the reins...
