i thought i'd try something a little different with the monthly playlists for awhile. i'm going to put up my personal top 10's of my personal top 10 artists. the idea being that in ten months you will have 100 of the best songs in the world! now before you ridicule me in the comments, i don't think these are the bands' best songs, or most popular songs, they are just my favorites! it might be some emotional context, or they might hold some long lost memory or it might just be a phase i'm going through. anyway, let's start with (in my opinion) one of the, if not THE most underrated rock bands of all time! the kinks have so many styles and they excel at all of them. here are my favorite 10. please let me know in the comments if you think i missed any! enjoy.

i think one of the reasons the kinks had such a hard time getting the notoriety they so clearly deserved was that their marketing, branding, and photographers SUCKED! try googling them and click images (deplorable!) download? mac = control click "download as" pc = right click "save as" (i think...)

when we work with our good pals bash please we like to call it a flashbash! and this was the best possible example of that. max, sharkpig, smilebooth, yeah rentals, yours truly, and bash please representing! it's probably gonna be awhile before we are able to blog this whole wedding but brace yourselves, cause when we do, minds will explode.

Our whole crew just got back from an amazing marathon bash at the Ace in Palm Springs. All the bajillions of photos, videos and other digital garb from THAT will be following soon. But...HERE's a wedding from awhile ago that also got pretty out of control. There's just something in the air at that hotel and this group was down to party.
